A couple of things to clarify .Apo whang od actually and since some years ago only makes her signature tattoo , three dots which are a simbol of her and her two nieces Grace and Ilyang the two girls appearing in the video to whom she is passing the heritage of this technique.The reason is that being so old she has not enough strenght and eyesight to make the most complicated tattos which anyway you can get from the nieces or other tattoist in the village.A curiosity is that after she finished the tatto often she likes to give a short grab or rub onto your private parts, nothing malicious just a sort of joke she likes to do (you can see her doing in other videos😁)Also about the stick ,you buy it before you go to meet her, then she will add needle and prepare it and then you keep it as a souvenir.

Cebu Rehabilitation Center has a new location and better facilities. Its open to.public viewing again. I saw the one that the family of.Bruno Mars.came.to.see.and visited them. Every performance has different choreographer. I saw one with a lady choreographer who was so scared to accept the job but she was ask to met the sub leaders and they told her "Ma'am just tell us what to do and. We will follow you". They made a big box for her to stand so that everyone will see her and she could see people at the back too. Its funny to watch someone so small and dainty yet the toughest follow her every instruction. The sub leaders are.helping her and they do the dance moves by counting. So even on their cells they're counting 1,2,3,4...8 8,7,6,5.....1 or 1,2,3,4. 1,2,3,4 or 1,2. 1,2. 1,2 hahahahaha they're so dedicated. Then number one rule when everyone is on the same.field NO eye to eye contact. Thats why one will notice that when they change formation they crouched or they look down while they walked or run. And when they dance mostly the eyes is on the floor. I heard that the inmates are given allowances that they sent to their families when they have a show. Thank you for watching the dancing inmates.
